Enter your Order ID and the billing email you used at checkout, then press Track. Your Order ID is in your order confirmation email.
Check your local laws before ordering. Cannabis rules differ between Germany and every EU country. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are legal to buy, possess and import where they live before placing an order.

Questions about your delivery
Your Order ID is in the order confirmation email we sent after checkout, and on your receipt. Enter it together with the email address you used at checkout.
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start updating in the postal system. Your parcel is already on its way: the tracking simply activates once it is scanned at the first sorting centre.
Tracking can pause while a parcel moves between sorting centres or crosses a border within the EU. If there has been no update for 5 business days, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll look into it.
Check with neighbours and your building’s mailroom, and look for a delivery card from the postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help.
