Customer information
Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website and place an order.
Last updated: October 2026
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher) to use this website or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your responsibility
Check your local laws before ordering. Cannabis rules differ between Germany and every EU country. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are legal to buy, possess and import where they live before placing an order.
The Green Pot is not responsible for orders that are seized, delayed or refused because of the laws of the destination country.
Products & information
We describe products as accurately as possible. Natural products vary, so colour, texture and potency can differ slightly from batch to batch. Product information is not medical advice.
Prices & payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
Discount codes
The first-order code WELCOME20 gives 20% off a customer’s first order only. It cannot be combined with other offers, and we may change or withdraw promotions at any time.
Shipping & returns
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for dispatch times, delivery and our returns policy.
Responsible use
Use cannabis products responsibly. Do not drive or operate machinery after use, keep products away from children and pets, and do not use them if pregnant or breastfeeding.
